Born in Sioux Falls, South Dakota on July 29, 2000. Much to the delight of her mommy, Amanda Jo Garner, her daddy, Dustin Joseph Evink, her grandparents and her friends. |

Samantha had her right kidney removed due to multi cystic renal displaysia |

We have a first birthday! |

Samantha had to have 1/3 of her left kidney removed due to a mass that had developed. |

Samantha is growing up and is already two! |

Samantha went into exploratory surgery, where doctors found her left kidney not functioning anymore. It was removed and our beautiful little girl starts dialysis while the doctors try to find out why she destroyed her kidneys. |

| 11/14/2002 |

Samantha had her last dialysis and today had a kidney transplant. Her daddy gave her life again :) |

You have a new sister! Little Alexandra Jo arrived. You loved being a big sister, even though you hated the visit to the hospital to see her. |

Samantha is three today! She spent her birthday with her mommy and daddy in Disney world. Alexandra spent the week with her Grandma Monica. |

Taken away from us along with her mommy on November 14, 2003. At the age of 3, Samantha had gone through so much and fought so hard to live. She and Mandy were killed by a young lady who not paying attention, hit them head-on. Along with them they took such a precious piece of all of us. |
